Our university has applied for recognition from the German Council of Science and Humanities and the Bavarian State Ministry of Science and the Arts. We expect successful accreditation by June 2026. After that, the first body of professors will be appointed, who will then elect the Senate and a President.

With dual doctorates in human biology and economics, Fabian researches and teaches on topics related to cognition and communication. He is also currently studying art in Vienna. He is sufficiently qualified to represent science at SPARKS.

After working for Hamburg's top agencies, Richard moved to the Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences as a professor of communication design. On the ADC board, he is committed to research and teaching. And at SPARKS, he is committed to creativity in ideas, design, and implementation.
Dr. Trier

She founded her own production company while still at film school in Munich. She then worked for ARRI, Warner Bros., and Twentieth Century Fox. After completing her doctorate, Kiri worked primarily in innovation management, most recently at L'Oreal. And now at SPARKS.
Dr. Fehse, Management

After years as a copywriter, CMO of renowned brands, and owner of an international agency group, Kai earned his doctorate in communication sciences in New York and Munich. After setting up a neuro lab at LMU, he is now coordinating the founding of SPARKS.

After taking her first steps in the cultural sector, Petra found her way into the world of higher education. In recent years, she has worked at another university to turn a simple idea into a complex international structure. And now she has set her sights on doing the same at SPARKS.

As Global Head of Creative Operations, Sabine inspires, motivates, and organizes the creative work of Europe's most successful agency group. She is just as familiar with the world of festivals as she is with the topic of continuing education. At SPARKS, she is particularly looking forward to working with the students.
